I couldnt take diclofenac orally it gave me horrendous tummy-ache. Naproxen though is ok, but i had to ask for lansoprazole though, most doc's dont give it automatically - but DO ask because all NSAIDs can cause ulcers. I take 30mg daily and its really helped - it means i can take Naproxen 1000mg per day for my back and its a godsend.
