Ideally you update the firmware on everything - phone, helmet, and bike (dealer has to do this unfortunately) 1) Delete all pairings from Headset and Bike. 2) Delete any pairing in Phone for Headset and Bike. 3) Pair the Phone to the Bike. 4) Pair the Headset to the Bike.
