In all probablity, there won't be any more dlc for either game. Also, I feel like the New Vegas dlc is just a little better written than the fallout 3 dlc.
Made by the main developer Joshua Sawyer meant to be a directors cut of the game, reduces carry weight, reduces starting max hp, changes needs meters in hardcore, redistributes the couriers stash items to places in game that make sense, etc. Makes the game harder for sure. #1.
